Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical problem of the development of the conflictological competence of all participants of the educational process, which is conditioned by a high level of the conflict-related nature of the educational process. It is proved that the pedagogical conflict is viewed as a form of manifestation of obvious subject-subject contradictions, arises as a result of professional and interpersonal interaction of participants in the educational process and creates a negative emotional background for communication.

At the heart of this conflict lie the contradictions of value systems, ideological positions, views, opinions, attitudes. We believe that the success, quality and productivity of the "teacher-student" system depends on the formation of the conflictological competence of both sides. The article deals with the essence of the concept of "competence" and defines the content of the notion of "conflictological competence". The result of the study is an attempt to identify the main components of conflictological competence in the "teacher-student" system, which ultimately leads to a clear definition of conflictological competence in the studied system of relations.
