Abstract

The research into various approaches to designingthe modern learning system at the higher school of Ukraine shows that they are basedon the introduction of innovations through modernization or radical transformation of already existing techniques. At that, reference points for innovations and the lists of innovations are defined by employers. It is not surprising that the techniques developed and introduced by experts of the corporate sector, for examplethe knowledge managementtheory, are appliedwithin the university system of training future specialists.

The article provesthe expediency of applying the method of morphological analysis for developing and designingnew methodology of teaching electrical engineering to future nutrition technicians. The presented algorithm fordesigningteaching methodology is a creative research methodwhich allowsresolving pedagogical problems whose successful solution depends on many factors.

The design process consists of two stages such ascompiling a list of important characteristics of the methodological system and studying possible combinations of these characteristics. Based on a blend of basic structural elements of modern methodological systems, thelearning environment model that optimally combines traditional and distance learning technologiesis suggested in the paper.
