Abstract

The article examines the role of marketing communications in the formation of entrepreneurial
competence among students of advanced training courses at the Employment Center. Based on current research
and case studies, the article highlights key aspects of using marketing communications to develop
entrepreneurial skills and ensure successful business operations. The essence of entrepreneurship and its
importance for the modern market environment are analyzed; the importance of entrepreneurial competence for
career success and self-realization is emphasized. Various aspects of marketing communications are considered,
such as advertising, public relations, direct communication, digital marketing, and others. The article analyzes
in detail how marketing communications can be effectively used to stimulate interest and attract students to
entrepreneurial training courses. In particular, strategies for using social media, e-mails, websites and other
communication channels for effective communication with the target audience are considered. The advantages
of using marketing communications to attract listeners and create a positive impression about professional
development courses are determined. In particular, the importance of creating attractive informational material
that will interest potential listeners and inspire them to participate in the courses is discussed.

In conclusion, the article emphasizes that marketing communications play a key role in the formation
of entrepreneurial competence among students of advanced training courses at the Employment Center.
Emphasis is placed on the need for effective use of various means of communication, personalization
strategies and two-way interaction with listeners to create motivation, interest and support that will
contribute to the development of their entrepreneurial skills and the successful realization of personal needs.
